Together, four months ago in this column, we began a journey through Thom S.Rainer’s: Autopsy of a Deceased Church, 12 Ways to Keep Yours Alive. Along the way, we have hit most of the high spots in Thom Rainer’s book. There have, of course, been various symptoms of sickness that have not been diagnosed in the Church of the Holy Communion, and some things in the book that we do not relate to at all. However, there are, some symptoms that are worrisome to a number of us, in that we are somewhat familiar with these symptoms of “sickness.”
