Day School

Day School

The Church of the Holy Communion Day School is accepting applications!

HCDS is a Christian, Montessori-inspired preschool for students 6 months to 5 years, and is staffed with certified Montessori teachers. Our School hours are: 8:45 am – 12:15 pm, Monday through Friday.  We offer 4-day, and 5-day options for all ages. We are located within the Church of the Holy Communion, in downtown Charleston, on the corner of Ashley and Cannon.

The Day School provides an opportunity for each child to grow and develop independently, at their own pace, in our three multi-age Montessori Programs: Infant/Toddler for ages 6-18 months, Toddler for ages 18-36 months, and the Primary/Casa for children 3-5 years old.
We follow Dr. Montessori’s philosophies and encourage each student’s inherent love of learning. Students are encouraged to respect themselves and others and to develop inner discipline and confidence.

To find out more please contact us at dayschool@holycomm.org / 843-722-2024 or visit our website: holycommunionday.org

* Foaming Handwashing Soap

* Hand Sanitizer (preferably, scent-free)

A donation box is located outside the Day School Office door to collect these items. Please leave your name so we may thank you properly.
