URGENT – ANNUAL MEETING – PLEASE RSVP
Our Annual Meeting will take place on Sunday, January 31, 2021, immediately after the 9:15 AM Mass.
In order to maintain COVID-19 safety protocols, including the limited size of indoor gatherings, we are asking that you RSVP if you are planning to attend the Annual Meeting.
Seating in the Nave is limited to 50 people, so please let me know as soon as possible by e-mailing me at cjennings1@mac.com. You can also call or text a message to my number below.
As always, face coverings are required, and we ask that you remain mindful of maintaining safe distances when you exit the Nave.
FAREWELL RECEPTION & BBQ FOR KIM IMMEDIATELY AFTER ANNUAL MEETING
Our farewell luncheon for Kim McAtee will follow the Annual Meeting. Since the Reception and BBQ will take place in the parking lot of the church, we can welcome more friends and family members. Many thanks to Lisa Covington and Sharon Dean of our Hospitality Committee for their efforts in making this a safe and happy celebration for Kim.
