Nursery and Sunday School help needed!
Volunteers are needed to help as assistants in the children’s Sunday School Program, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (ages 3-12), and for the nursery (infancy to 3 years of age).
Currently, we only have 3 volunteers to cover it all – 3 Sunday School classrooms plus the nursery. The commitment is only one Sunday a month! At present, we only have one Sunday Mass at 9:15 AM. The commitment for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd begins at 8:50 AM and goes until about 10:00 AM when the teachers (Catechists) will walk the children into church to join their families for Holy Communion. The commitment for the nursery begins at 9:00 AM and goes until approximately 10:00 AM when the parent(s) will collect their children to go receive a blessing during Holy Communion. Whether you are helping in the nursery or in the Sunday School classrooms, you will be finished in time to receive Holy Communion.
