Anyone interested in supporting this ministry is encouraged to contact Sue, Nathlyn, Stephanie (or Deacon Jerry). These bags will be available for members of CHC to keep on hand for distribution. While driving through town we often encounter a person or family in need. These bags will allow us to share God’s love by offering them a bag with basic necessities. If there’s a child, offer a bag and a lovey. There are numerous people in our community who cannot afford housing who are living under bridges and in wooded areas in and around Charleston, West Ashley, and Mt. Pleasant. Lots of these folks have jobs and families and are struggling to survive day to day.

Vision Statement of The Order Empowered by the Holy Spirit, our vision as Daughters of the King is to know Jesus Christ, to make Him known to others, and to become reflections of God’s love throughout the world.

The Motto of The Order

For His Sake…

I am but one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. What I can do, I ought to do. What I ought to do, by the grace of God I will do. Lord, what will you have me do?

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25:40
