Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, this parish’s children’s Christian Education curriculum since 2002 has resumed!
At 9:00 a.m. sharp we will process to our age-appropriate Atrium led by a Catechist who will lead the lessons for the day until approximately 10:30 a.m. when the children will be brought into the Nave to join their family for the remainder of the Mass.
Level 1, ages 3-6, will be upstairs on the second floor in the remodeled Atrium area of the Day School.
Level 2 and Level 3 Atria are located in the former Vestry Room, next to the library.
Catechesis is off to a great start for the 2024/25 year
Our children are learning exciting new lessons & revisiting old friends in their lessons. Let us REJOICE! we have our 1st gentleman student in 7 years!! GOD is GOOD to us!
The children are also bringing their fav breakfast item to share with their friends during Muffin Minute. September 8 Tricia, our 8:00 acolyte and vestry member, came over to say “Hi!” and the children interacted well. Another goal reached!
Please come and join us beginning October 13 after 9:30 AM, to sit quietly and observe how earnest our children are in learning God’s Word while they listen quietly to hear the Holy Spirit speak to them.
